Modern Human Enslavement

Posted on February 7, 2012. Filed under: Uncategorized | Tags: , , , , , , , , , , , |

Nikola Tesla was a genius scientist and perhaps the world’s greatest human being.

Ok, so you’ve read my previous posts where I have referenced how you and I are slaves.  Obviously I’m not referring to the land-working slaves of old, with metal shackles around their arms.  Rather, I am referring to slaves of today, with invisible shackles around their life.  I will go into way more detail in future posts, but for now, I’ll wake you up out of the matrix with a well-documented and true story, so there is no question about me being a “conspiracy theorist” or a “cook” or any other rediculous terms that elitests use to discredit people like myself.  Without further ado…

Nikola Tesla was an engineer who invented alternating current (AC power), which would change the science of electronics forever.  A true inventor and super genius, his inventions were for the sole purpose of uplifting the human condition.  He even created plans for a “Death Beam,” which would end all wars.  So how does all of this info make us slaves?  Don’t worry, I’m getting to that.

Tesla’s largest undertaking ever was the Wardenclyffe Tower, also called the “Tesla Tower,” in Long Island, New York.  Unfortunately lacking funds, this project was financed by J.P. Morgan, who (surprise, surprise) wished to remain a silent partner in this project.  The Wardenclyffe Tower was to act as a world-wide wireless communication system for sending sound and pictures.  But Nikola had a secret, that is, the tower could also electrify the world, providing limitless, FREE energy for everyone, everywhere!

Wardenclyffe Tower in Long Island, New York

When J.P. Morgan found out that he could not put a meter on it and charge people for the energy that this tower delivered, he disengaged from the financial agreement he had with Tesla and in addition, encouraged other financiers not to back Tesla.  Eventually, necessary funding for the Wardenclyffe tower was completely halted, and the project had to be shut down.  Tesla eventually died alone and penniless in a New York hotel at the age of 86.

So, do you see how those in power are keeping you and I enslaved?  And this is only ONE way that they are doing this.  And please remember that this is NOT a conspiracy theory, this is real.  This is fully documented and 100% verifiable.  If you do not believe me, please do your own research on the subject.  As a matter of fact, I encourage it!

Information like this is the reason why the U.S. government wants to control the internet with bills like SOPA and PIPA, all under the guise of “internet terrorism,” so that you and I can never find out about things like this.  The truth is that no one today, anywhere in the world should be paying for energy that could be free and limitless.  But that of course, would not be profitable for those who use the world as their chess board.

Please watch the below video in it’s entirety!

Superhuman in Training – Day 1

Posted on February 7, 2012. Filed under: Uncategorized | Tags: , , , , , , , , , , |

Shaolin Monks achieve superhuman abilities through intense training.

“Superhuman,” as defined by google’s dictionary feature is “Having or showing exceptional ability or powers.”  I felt I needed to define the word “superhuman,” because traditionally, it conjures up images of a man in a cape, with muscles that rival the most ‘roided-up bodybuilders, flying over to stop a mugging.  Obviously, this is not the case with Humanetix.  Superhuman simply means a human who works hard to acheive abilities that humans don’t ordinarily have.

There are people who have had, or currently have superhuman abilities.  Notables include martial artists like the shaolin monks, geniuses like Nikola Tesla, and strongmen like Mariusz Pudzianowski.  However, although these men had or have a superhuman ability like super flexability and fighting ability, genius, and super strength, I would not consider them to be “superhuman.”  To me a superhuman has all of these abilities!

With that said, I think I’ve taken the proper first steps in my journey to become a superhuman.  I started with the body, performing “perfect pushups,” completing 5 sets of 10, then moved on to my abdominal crunches and lying leg raises.  I will be doing my oblique crunches later on, along with some biceps curls and triceps curls at a rate of 5 sets x 15 reps per set.

Mariusz Pudzianowski has superhuman strength!

I’ll be heading to lumosity.com as well to improve my mental abilities.  I noticed that my grainless diet (Primal Blueprint) has been helping my memory and reaction time as well.  In addition to all of this training however, I’ll also be teaching myself how to sing, dance, and cook!  I believe that in addition to having superhuman abilities, one should not lack in ANY area, because a superhuman should also be super capable 😉

Now, of course the most important of all, is acheiving a super bank account, because freedom isn’t free.  I’ll need a lot of capital to acheive all of the goals that I want to acheive.  I’ll need to eventually buy lessons in various martial arts like judo, jiu-jitsu, and wing chun kung fu.  I’ll need to move out of my apartment and into a house, a large one, with plenty of room for a laboratory, a dojo/gym, and a restaurant-worthy kitchen.  I want to support The Free Energy Project and The Venus Project (which I’ll discuss in near future posts), which unfortunately can’t be supported simply with good will.

Ok, so that’s my update with what I’ve been doing so far.  Not bad for someone with a full time job and a girlfriend.  Also, I forgot to mention that I will be practicing some of the basic Tae Kwon Do kicks, as well as my boxing footwork, and shadowboxing in which I’ll incorporate both boxing punches and tae kwon do kicks into effective combinations, keeping proper form a priority throughout the entire workout.

Stay positive, stay fearless,

How to Reach Your Full Human Potential – The Mind

Posted on February 2, 2012. Filed under: Uncategorized | Tags: , , , , , , , , , , , , , , |

In the last post I talked about how I plan to begin reaching my body’s full potential.  Now we’ll talk about how to reach the full potential of the mind.  The human brain is an amazing part of the body.  Most people think of the brain as a single organ, however the brain is actually composed of three “brains” combined.  They are the reptilian brain, or lower brain, the mammalian brain, or mid brain (also called the “limbic system”), and the neocortex, or the human brain, all of which are pictured below.

Rather than focus on the mechanics of brain science, in this post I’m going to talk about how to increase your mental capacity to a superhuman level, and how I plan on beginning to do that myself.

Diet

Most people think of this as an essential part of acheiving the body’s full potential, and it is, but I decided to place “diet” in this post about acheiving the mind’s full potential to stress how important diet is to the brain.  It’s starting to become well known that gluten, a type of protein found in wheat products, is detrimental to brain function.  Some resources even say that it can contribute to if not cause alzheimer’s disease.  So, to take care of this, I have decided to take on a completely grainless diet.  I will be following the Primal Blueprint Diet, created by Mark Sisson.

I recommend that anyone interested in weight loss, lean muscle accrual, increasing their energy, getting a better nights sleep, and of course, proper brain function, buy this book!  As the book recommends, I’ll be eating only foods that were native to our paleolithic ancestors like coconut oil, lean meats, fish, chicken, avocados, etc.

Exercise

Yes, that’s right exercise.  It’s not just good for your body, it’s good for your mind.  As mention in my previous post, I’ll be undertaking a custom martial arts cirriculum.  Scientists have proven that aerobic exercise is excellent for cognitive function.

Lumosity.com

Lumosity.com is an EXCELLENT website the provides “games” to increase the abilities of your brain in the following areas: memory, problem solving, flexibility, speed, and attention.  I will be visiting lumosity.com daily to perform the various brain exercises available to help push my brain to superhuman levels.

Reading

I will constantly have a book going.  I just got finished with Gary Vaynerchuck’s excellent book on social media marketing entitled Crush It! which is pictured below

I am currently reading Electronics for Dummies, as I will be using science to help push my brain to its limits and beyond.  I will be starting with small projects such as miniature robots, and will be moving on to large projects like anatomically correct robots and the Tesla Free Energy Generator.  The cool thing about it is that I started out knowing absolutely nothing about electronics.  And now I’m learning about the differences between AC and DC (alternating current and direct current), where electricity comes from and what it is, the various electronic components, how batteries work, Ohm’s Law and more, all in the first chapter!

Doing math problems in my head

Coming from a generation that used calculators for almost everything, I will be constantly solving simple math problems in my head to build up my quickness and problem solving abilities, and will then be moving on to more complex math problems like equations, all solved without a calculator or pencil and paper!

Stay positive, stay fearless,

James Hallmark

How to Reach Your Full Human Potential – The Body

Posted on February 2, 2012. Filed under: Uncategorized | Tags: , , , , , , , , , , , , |

I know I’m going to get all sorts of responses regarding this blog.  I’m going to hear things ranging from “your nuts,” to “awesome!”  But that’s ok.  I thrive on mixed reviews.  Any feedback keeps me extra motivated.  But all feedback aside, I realize that this is a gigantic undertaking, that is – reaching full human potential.  What this means is achieving the ability to use your body, mind, and spirit to maxium capacity.  We’ll start with the body.

Super strength, super speed, super agility…what exactly does it mean to reach the body’s full human potential?  Essentially, it could mean any one of these things, or all of them.  For me however, I believe it means to achieve all of these.  The way I’m going to acheive this is not to go for all of these simultaneously, but to acheive each one at a time.  Is it possible to acquire all of these attributes at the same time?  Why not?  But I believe that it will be too large an undertaking considering the time it would take.  I do have a full time job and a girlfriend, so achieving all of these simultaneously would not be feasible for me.

So, what I’ve decided to do is to start with a blend of various martial arts.  In this way, I’ll be compounding the different attributes under one sport, and will therefore be able to aquire more than one (but not all) attributes at the same time.

The Styles

1. Tae Kwon Do (kicks)

I will be studying and practacing the various kicks in tae kwon do, as they require supreme flexability and conditioning to be able to perform them.  Contrary to popular belief (although the belief is becoming less and less popular), Tae Kwon Do may not be an effective form of self defense, as it is more of an art form, and therefore lacks a focus on practical application.  So from Tae Kwon Do, I will only be practicing it’s kicks, as no other style can compare to the athleticism of Tae Kwon Do.

2. Boxing (punches)

Comming from a western boxing background, I can tell you first hand that no workout is like a boxing workout, and that boxing has by far the most effective punches of any fighting style, with the possible exception of Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do and Wing Chun Kung fu, both of which I am eager to learn.  However, I am just embarking on this journey of Superhuman ability, so for the sake of building momentum and getting this project rolling, I will use a boxing workout, combined with techniques from Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) and Karate like elbows, backfists, and chops as my hand and arm strikes in this custom art.

I will of course later incorporate grappling arts like jiu-jitsu, aikido, wrestling, sambo, and the like, but for now, I have to go solo, as I’m just starting out and must train at my home (once again, that’s just for now)

The Workout

1. Perfect Pushups

I have benched pressed, and I have done pushups, both of which are effective for building the chest muscles as well as strength, but since I’m going to be training in my home to conserve cash for my business endeavors, I will be using one of the best Christmas presents I’ve received yet, and that is the Perfect Pushup handles.  These suckers let you perform, well, perfect pushups, in a strict form, much more easily than traditional pushups, and without all of the strain on your wrists, due to the Perfect Pushups rotating handles.  I’ll be doing about 5 sets every other day for starters, at about 10 reps per set

2. Squats

Specifically, bodyweight squats.  Every other day, about 5 sets of 20 reps to start out.

3. Abdominal crunches

4. Oblique crunches

5. Lying leg raises (lower abs)

6. Heavybag

I have the traditional red Wavemaster free standing heavybag, which is perfect for practicing the various martial arts techniques that I will be engaging in as well as building cardiovascular endurance and strength.  Eventually, I’ll get the B.O.B. wavemaster torso to practice my technique accuracy.    In addition to all of these movements I’ll be stretching daily, as it is essential to any exercise program, especially in martial arts like Tae Kwon Do.

Stay positive, Stay fearless,

James Hallmark

So Who Am I and What is Humanetix?

Posted on February 2, 2012. Filed under: Uncategorized | Tags: , , , , , , , , , , |

Anything is possible!

I’m James Hallmark.  I’m 25 years old and live in Old Bridge, New Jersey with my girlfriend of 5 years, Ashlee.  The way this all started is by being, like many Americans, fat.  I started gaining weight when I was in the single digits all the way till’ high school and decided around my sophomore year that it was enough.  I knuckled up and began to diet and exercise, and before you know it, I was lean and mean (well, not really mean 🙂

I got a lot of compliments, dated lots of women, and was pretty happy…or so I thought.  The truth is that there was still some sort of burning fire inside of me that needed to be put out.  I wanted to be more than just a recreational bodybuilder, I wanted to use this new body and new mind-set to explore my limits as a human being.  I didn’t know how I was going to do this, and it became overwhelming with college, work, and a girlfriend, so I decided to put it to bed…for six years.

But the desire never stopped.  So now, at the age of 25, I’ve decided to pick up the pieces and take my goal from the dream world into a reality that I live everyday.  I want to learn various martial arts, unlock my hidden genius (that I believe we ALL have), master gymnastics, acrobatics, parkour, and become financially independent and wealthy (because freedom isn’t really free), and expose the unfortunate slavery that every American today and almost every person everywhere is unknowingly born into, stopping the cause of that slavery, leading us into a real-world utopia.

“SLAVE!?!?”  “I’m not a slave!!”  This is what you may be thinking, but the truth is…you are, like it or not.  What if I told you that you should not be paying for energy to keep your lights on and fridge cool?  What if I told you that you should not have to pay for gasoline because the technology exists to make gasoline obsolete (and I’m not talking about today’s electric cars either)?  What if I told you that the news media is merely nothing more than a tool for propaganda?  What if I told you that you could be living in a real world utopia where world peace actually exists, for REAL?

If you’re curious about all of this, don’t worry, I will elaborate in near future blog posts, but not now.  This post is to serve merely as an introduction into who I am and what Humanetix is.  So how did I come up with the name “Humanetix?”  It’s simply two words combined.  “Human,” and “kinetics.”  Kinetic is simply the opposite of potential, therefore “humanetix,” simply means something to the effect of “a human being using kinetic energy to reach his or her maximum potential.”

Well I hope this certainly gives you an idea of who I am and what we’re all about here at www.JamesHallmark.com.  You’ll notice that I may jump around from topic to topic, and that no one blog post is dedicated to any one topic.  For example, in my next blog post, I may talk about the slavery that I mentioned above, as well as my current science project, as well as my latest workout, as well as a great supplement that I just took and why it worked and where I got it and for how much.

This blog is designed to be as informative as possible, but also as natural as possibly.  I am very genuine, and therefore do not outline what I am going to type about.  I simply start typing, and however it comes out, it comes out.  I believe that every blog should be like this, as it helps the author and reader connect on a more personal level, therefore making the information contained in the blog more understandable and absorbable.  Authenticity is the key, so that’s what I’m aiming for…being as genuine as possible.

Until next time, stay positive, stay fearless,

James Hallmark

Becoming Superhuman in 2012

Posted on January 31, 2012. Filed under: Uncategorized | Tags: , , , , , , , , , |

“Let me tell you why you’re here. You’re here because you know something. What you know you can’t explain, but you feel it.”

_____The Matrix

Did you ever have a burning passion for something in your life?  Maybe it was a particular guy or girl who you wanted, or a certain amount of money you wanted to live a particular lifestyle that fulfills you.  For me, the passion runs much deeper than that.  If I have learned just one thing in my 25 years on this earth, it’s that people are always searching for something that they can’t seem to find.  No matter what people do, they never seem to be fulfilled.  We all know people who are unhappy because they’re not making the money they want, they don’t have the people in their life that they want, they don’t have the clothes, cars, etc., that they want.  And then we know people who have all the money, people, cars, clothes, etc., and they are still NOT happy!

I came to the conclusion a while ago that people are much more than what they have been brainwashed to believe they are.  People are bombarded constantly with messages about what to think, what to wear, what to act, what to buy, how to look, how to feel.  With all of these messages being thrown at ordinary people, it’s no wonder that they will never become who they want to be, because they’re too busy being who they’re told to be.  And that’s what Humanetix is all about…being who you want to be and not being who you’re told to be.

I’ve found out a long time ago that I didn’t want to work for someone else, slaving away to make someone else rich, and at the same time, I didn’t want to be working a minimum wage job, barely able to pay my bills.  I knew I didn’t want to be the average American…overweight, health problems galore, taking medicine regularly for physical/emotional problems, and ultimately unhappy.  That’s why I decided to start this blog.  This blog serves as a live document; an ongoing journal or log if you will, to detail my journey from human, consisting of an average job with an average physique and unhappiness, to a superhuman who is living everyday in euphoria.  I will be putting my mind, body, and soul through the ringer, to push myself to my limits and make use of my FULL human potential!   As a small example of what I’m talking about…I will be:

1. Studying various martial arts and fighting styles

2. Work my ass off to become financially independent and wealthy

3. Learning various sciences including electronics, astronomy, physics, biology, and much more

4. Empowering all of humanity by making Tesla’s Free Energy and the Venus Project a reality!

Well, now you know what this is all about, so now it’s up to you.  Are you going to just close your eyes to this and pretend I’m just some crazy guy with wacky dreams, or are you going to join me and realize your full potential?  The choice…is up to you….

“You take the blue pill – the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill – you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes.”

____The Matrix
